[OFFER] Pastel Dragon Queen [HOLD]

Oh dang here i come crawling on back and sadly pretty late this lil lady is actually pretty old but still much in a need of a home.
once again mostly preferring USD over points but since she isn't the most complex gal she will be considerably cheaper. uvu


 SOME RULES AND STUFF 

 -Don't resell them, if you don't want them, give them away/trade but notify me first or just give them back to me and I'll find them a home c:> (but please for the love of god notify me, i appreciate it more than anything in the world and nobody ever does it and it's becoming very obnoxious.)

 -Don't be a butt and wuss out of the price you offered, if you can't afford it, don't offer it. If you think you can get money/points later on I may hold but only in certain circumstances. aka if there's an active flow of offers I wouldn't want to make you do a mad grab for points/cash when I may end up selecting a different offer aha.

 -Crediting me would be expected out of you at least once, I don't expect you to do it every. single. time. but at the very least you can do if someone asks where you got them and link back to me and I'd be most appreciative. uvu

 -I'll select the best or my most preferred offer after the comments settle down/ no more offers/on the set date. Along with the saying queen in the comments as it can be ignored otherwise. If I didn't select your offer please don't get upset about it, it's pretty dang hard for me too. 

 -I can only accept offers with USD this time around i'm afraid :c at least above 5$ or i'll keep the cutie. (you can however do money with points ex: 3$ and 200 points but don't over do the points over the money!!;; )
